Find answers about qualifying golfers, earning your credit and using your 18 Fore Five reward.
Do all 18 golfers need to travel together?
No. Your qualifying golfers may come from several eligible group golf holidays completed within the rolling 24-month qualifying period.
When does each golfer leave the rolling total?
Each qualifying golfer stays on your total for 24 months from their holiday return date. Once the 24-month period ends, the golfer leaves your qualifying total.
Do golfers above 18 carry forward?
Yes. Any qualifying golfers above the completed block of 18 carry forward towards your next reward. The same rolling 24-month qualifying period continues to apply.
When does the credit become available?
The £500 credit becomes available after your 18th qualifying golfer completes their holiday, all related booking balances have been paid and no unresolved cancellation, refund, chargeback or payment dispute exists. Elite Global Events will confirm your credit by email.
What happens following a cancellation?
A cancelled or refunded traveller does not count towards your total. If a cancellation reduces a reward booking below eight paying travellers, the booking no longer qualifies for the credit. Any reinstatement follows the applicable cancellation terms.
Does a partner booking also qualify?
No. A booking cannot receive a partner payment and an 18 Fore Five reward. Registered Elite Global Events partners must choose which reward applies before the booking is confirmed.

There is no separate registration process. Book your group golf holiday directly with Elite Golf Holidays and make sure you are named as the lead organiser.
After your group completes its holiday, every eligible golfer will be added automatically to your 18 Fore Five total.
